When Can You Request an Administrative Review? You can apply for an Administrative Review if:
Your visa or immigration application has been refused, OR
You believe there was a casework error (e.g., incorrect evidence assessment, incorrect law applied)
Common eligible decisions:
Points-Based System (e.g., Skilled Worker, Student visas)
Leave to remain under certain routes
Entry clearance refusals where Administrative Review is offered instead of an appeal
